th16 Terms & Conditions

Access to and use of the th16 platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their use of th16 services:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. th16 enforces the minimum age requirement mandated under Philippine gaming regulations. Persons under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering, depositing, or participating in any game or betting activity on th16.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing th16 from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of th16 or any of its affiliated entities, software providers, or payment processors.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by th16 or by any regulatory authority.

th16 reserves the right to request government-issued identification documents at any time to verify your age and identity. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within the timeframe specified by th16 may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

To access th16 services, you must create a single registered account. The following conditions apply to all th16 accounts:

2.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one active th16 account. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

2.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. th16 shall not be liable for any loss arising from inaccurate account information provided by you.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your th16 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorized by you or not — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your th16 account, you must notify th16 support immediately via live chat.

2.4 Account Verification (KYC)

th16 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys national ID, driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal requests may be held pending completion of KYC verification.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

th16 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at th16's discretion. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

3.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on th16 is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your th16 wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider. th16 does not charge fees on e-wallet deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

3.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within three (3) business hours on average, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable bonus wagering requirements. th16 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your name.

3.4 Anti-Money Laundering

th16 complies with Philippine anti-money laundering laws. th16 reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate authorities and to freeze accounts pending investigation. Funds deposited on th16 must originate from legitimate sources. th16 does not accept deposits made with the intent to launder money or finance illegal activities.

th16 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated in the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to verified players aged 21 and above only.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• th16 reserves the right to determine which games contribute to wagering requirements and at what percentage. Live dealer games, sports betting, and certain table games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them that remain unwagered after the expiry date will be forfeited automatically.
• th16 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to bonus arbitrage, matched betting using bonus funds, or collusion — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account closure.

All games available on th16 — including slots, live dealer tables, sports betting, bingo, color prediction, and fishing games — are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and these Terms & Conditions, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail.

5.1 Random Number Generation

All non-live games on th16 use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. RNG certification is conducted by accredited third-party testing laboratories. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are published in the game information panels.

5.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets on th16 — including PBA, NBA, UFC, boxing, and other events — are subject to th16's sportsbook rules. Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. th16 reserves the right to void bets in the event of obvious pricing errors, match abandonment, or other exceptional circumstances as defined in the sportsbook rules.

5.3 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, th16 will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state from server logs. th16's decision on the outcome of any disputed game round shall be final. th16 shall not be liable for losses arising from technical issues beyond its reasonable control.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on th16 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or using th16 if you are under 21 years of age.
• Opening or operating multiple th16 accounts.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with th16 games or betting markets.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or unknown error are void.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means or using th16 for money laundering purposes.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any th16 software or platform component.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior toward th16 staff or other players.

th16 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the risk of gambling-related harm. th16 provides the following tools and resources to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure alerts that notify them after a specified period of continuous play.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications displaying net session results are available to all players.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, or permanent closure. During self-exclusion, account access and all marketing communications are suspended.
• Account Closure: Players may request permanent account closure at any time by contacting th16 support via live chat.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the th16 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any th16 content without prior written consent from th16.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, th16 and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the th16 platform.
• Loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of th16 services, whether planned or unplanned.
• Any loss arising from reliance on information published on the th16 platform, including odds, game results, or promotional content.
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your account data resulting from circumstances beyond th16's reasonable control.

th16's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your th16 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

th16 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the player against th16.
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior directed at th16 staff or other players.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any bonus funds subject to forfeiture) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and verification of the absence of any pending investigations.

You may close your th16 account voluntarily at any time by contacting support via live chat. Voluntary closure does not affect any obligations you have incurred prior to the closure date.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with th16 through our internal complaints procedure. To submit a complaint, contact th16 support via live chat and request escalation to the complaints team. th16 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 business days.

th16 operates under the regulatory framework applicable to online gaming in the Philippines. Players who remain dissatisfied after exhausting th16's internal complaints procedure may refer their complaint to the relevant Philippine regulatory authority.

th16 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, th16 will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of the th16 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using th16 and may request account closure in accordance with Section 10.
